About
A Kaohsiung-rooted auditing practice
Digitaltoolkitnetwork exists to give Taiwanese companies a clear, independent view of their financial statements—without turning the relationship into a remote product pitch.
Origin
The practice grew from year-end fieldwork across manufacturing and trading firms in Kaohsiung County. Clients needed auditors who would walk the warehouse, read Chinese and English working papers with equal care, and explain findings before the report landed on a lender’s desk.
How we approach the work
We begin with independence and scope. If we cannot be independent, we decline. If books are not ready, we say so early rather than burn field days on incomplete ledgers. Draft discussions are scheduled deliberately so surprises surface while there is still time to correct cut-off or documentation gaps.
Who you meet
Senior auditors lead planning and report sign-off. Staff auditors handle sampling, confirmations, and inventory observation under that supervision. You will know who is on site each week; we do not rotate unfamiliar faces without notice.
Values in practice
- Plain language in management letters—severity first, jargon second.
- Respect for operational calendars during count observation and close weeks.
- Fees tied to scope, not to upselling unrelated retainers.
